Event Navigation

**Registration is now closed for this event. Thank you for your interest. If we have additional need for stream clean-up volunteers we will update our calendar of events ASAP (11/8/19)**

Do your part to keep our local waterways clean! Spend a morning removing trash along a tributary of Loch Raven Reservoir

With assistance from over 10,000 volunteers, the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy has removed over 240 tons of trash from streams and creeks in the Gunpowder Watershed.  We need YOUR help to continue the task of removing refuse that jeopardizes the health of our waterways and the animals that call them home

Volunteers are needed to clean a section of Beaverdam Run in Cockeysville. This clean-up project is part of the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy’s Better Waterways fall clean-up campaign. We are seeking individual volunteers and volunteer groups to spend several hours picking up garbage in and around our local streams. Perfect for students, Scout troops, faith groups, corporate groups, families, individuals and neighbors! Children must be at least 8 years old and accompanied by an adult. Community service learning hours available.
