Bayscape & Rain Garden Maintenance workshop
September 28 @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Need confidence in keeping your rain garden or Bayscape looking and working its best? This is the workshop for you!
Native plants such as those used in rain gardens and Bayscapes typically require less maintenance than ornamental plants. That said, native plant gardens still require weeding and a few other types of care throughout the year to keep them at peak performance. Get valuable maintenance advice for these special gardens from our landscape designers at this FREE workshop.
The workshop will be held at Miramar Landing community in Middle River (see directions below.)
Recommended for clients that have had rain gardens and/or Bayscapes installed by the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy. Open to the public!
Driving directions: We will meet at the Miramar Landing Recreational Field on Sherman Road. From Pulaski Hwy, head south on Middle River Road past Middle River Middle School and the intersection with Compass Road. Turn left on Biggs Road into community. Turn left onto Sherman Road. The field is on the left side of the road. Look for pavilion.
